Ernesto founded Fix Partners Advisors in Santiago in 2015 and has grown it into one of Latin America’s leading turnaround and restructuring practices. As President of TMA Chile (Turnaround Management Association), he has led multiple court-supervised reorganizations across the region.
A civil engineer from the University of Chile and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, he teaches finance at the University of Chile, Adolfo Ibáñez and ESE Business School, and holds the CIRA and CDVB credentials in insolvency and distressed investing.
